Draymond Green didn’t hesitate to dismiss the absurd idea that Knicks’ Jalen Brunson has become the best point guard in the NBA, as he cited teammate Steph Curry and Mavs Luka Doncic as superior players. Brunson has been phenomenal in the playoffs, but the veteran forward believes it’s premature to consider him the best.

Further, Brunson’s impressive stats of 35.6 points, 8.1 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game, are not enough to surpass Curry, who has consistently demonstrated greatness throughout his career. Green went on to argue that Brunson needs to lead a team to the Conference Finals or even the NBA Finals to be considered among the best.

Curry, who is a four-time champion and one of the game’s greats remains the top point guard due to his impressive averages and shooting percentage. However, if the Warriors disappoint again next season, then the argument can be made of a possible overthrow, but for now, the crown belongs to STEPH CURRY.
